According to the complex composition of waste cleaning solvent of aqueous paint, the characteristics of containing multiple solvents, multiple dye resins, high viscosity and the requirements of treatment effect, it is difficult for conventional films sold in the market to meet the application requirements. Therefore, our company cooperates with Changchun Chemical Research Institute of China Academy of Sciences to jointly develop a new film material with solvent resistance and high pollution resistance and related auxiliary materials, which can meet the process application requirements of this project after nearly one year's test certification.
According to the confirmation of the test results, we confirmed that the combined membrane separation process was used topurify and concentrate the waste spray paint cleaning solution step by step, that is, the macromolecular substances such as waste paint in the cleaning solution were concentrated by the corresponding membrane separation process first, so asto reduce the discharge of waste cleaning solution and reduce the cost of sewage outsourcing treatment. It is estimated that the permeate produced is 70-75% of the original volume. The primary permeate is further purified by a secondary membrane process to remove low molecular substances and salts. The secondary produced water meets the requirements of spray cleaning process water and can be recycled as pure water to reduce water consumption. In order to ensure water quality, a tertiary membrane purification process is adopted. In order to ensure the stability of the water quality, * the concentrated water of the final membrane purification system is returned to the ultrafiltration inlet tank orultrafiltration concentrated liquid collection tank, * more than70-80% ofthe clean water is finally recovered, and the waste liquid is concentrated to more than20-30%, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.The project was invited to participate inthe Painting Branch of China Automotive Engineering Society in 2019 for special lectures and technical exchanges, whichwere highly recognized and praised by experts in automobile coating industry and enterprise coating engineers attending the meeting. Many enterprisesexpressed their desire for further technical exchanges and promotion of the application of this technical achievement.
The project was invited to participate in theAET2019 International Automotive Engineering Technology Innovation and Development Forum for special lecturesand technical exchanges, which were highly recognized and praised by experts in the automotive coating industry and enterprise coating engineers. Many enterprises expressed their desire to further technicalexchanges and promote the application of this technical achievement. The project was invited to participate in the 2019 China Painting Industry Development Annual Meetingof Painting Industry Development Promotion Center of China Equipment Management Association“” for special speech and technical exchange, won the first prize of process technology category of“2019 NationalIndustrial Painting Innovation Project”, and the main technical personnel of the project won the honorary title of2019 “ Painting Craftsman”. The project won the third prize of China FAW Manufacturing Technology Award. It has been running in the factory for two years continuously, running stably, with remarkable economic benefits and remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effects.
